Outbreath of the Heart - August 8th

Join us for Outbreath of the Heart, a magical evening breathwork and horse experience at Racing Hearts McIntyre Centre. Guided by trained facilitators, this gentle outdoor session combines intentional breath, nervous system regulation, the calming presence of horses, and the resonant sound of Pure Gong with Roz Bolton. Set beneath our undercover arena as the evening settles in, this experience invites you to slow down, reconnect with your body, and allow the horses to support a deeply grounding and restorative practice.

Outbreath of the Heart is an evening breathwork and horse experience designed to help you pause, reset and reconnect. Guided and facilitated by trained professionals at Racing Hearts, this session will use intentional, controlled breathing practices to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, emotional release and present-moment awareness. Breathwork can help calm the body, soften stress, support better sleep and create more space for conscious, grounded decision-making.
