Corporate Programs
& Team Building
Neuroregulation, leadership & team connection — guided by horses. Bring your team to Racing Hearts for a corporate experience that goes far beyond the usual conference room workshop. Our corporate programs combine horses, nature, breathwork, communication, and hands-on team activities to create meaningful experiences for workplaces, leadership teams, support organisations, and community-minded groups. Each day is customised around your team’s goals — from neuroregulation and cognitive recovery to leadership development, workforce risk reduction, decision quality, team grounding, confidence building, and shared purpose.
Set within the calm rhythm of a working equestrian property, our programs offer a unique environment where teams can step away from workplace pressure, reset the nervous system, reconnect with each other, and learn practical tools they can carry back into their work.

A Different Kind of Team Building
The best team-building experiences do not feel forced. They create space for people to connect naturally, reflect honestly and step into a different way of thinking. At Racing Hearts, our programs use horses, nature and facilitated activities to help teams explore communication, trust, emotional awareness, leadership and collaboration in a practical, memorable way. Horses are highly responsive to body language, energy, clarity and confidence, which makes them powerful teachers for teams learning how to communicate and work together more effectively. No horse experience is required. Our sessions are designed to be safe, supported and accessible, with activities tailored to your group’s comfort level, goals and experience.

The Racing Hearts Reset: Reset, Connect, Lead
Neuroregulation, connection, horses, and gentle team grounding
A warm, grounded reset for teams seeking connection, companionship, and cognitive recovery. A restorative half-day or full-day team experience designed for leadership teams, care teams, educators, allied health professionals, corporate groups, women’s groups, and community organisations who need space to pause, reset, and reconnect.
The Racing Hearts Reset brings together breathwork, neuroregulation, cognitive recovery, horse connection, and gentle team reflection in a warm and supportive environment. Set on a working equestrian property, this experience gives participants practical tools to regulate and reset the nervous system while enjoying the grounding presence of horses, fresh air, good coffee, and genuine companionship.
This is not a conference room activity. It is a chance to step away from workplace pressure, reduce cognitive load, support neurorecovery, and give teams a shared experience that feels calm, meaningful, and human.
Package from $3,400 + GST for up to 8 participants

The Racing Hearts Reset: The Forward Line
Neuroperformance, leadership, decision-making, and practical team performance.
A focused half-day or full-day team experience designed for leadership teams, business owners, frontline teams, corporate groups, men’s groups, and organisations that want to strengthen communication, reset cognitive load, and build practical tools for pressure, decision quality, and team connection.
This Racing Hearts Reset combines breathwork, neuroregulation, horse handling, leadership reflection, and hands-on activities in a grounded, practical format. Set on a working equestrian property, this experience gives teams a chance to step out of the workplace, reset the nervous system, and engage with horses in a way that builds presence, clarity, communication, and trust.
Horses respond to timing, confidence, pressure, release, and emotional regulation. They do not care about job titles, workplace hierarchy, or who had the loudest opinion in the last meeting. They respond to what is real, clear, calm, and consistent. That makes them powerful teachers for leadership, decision quality, and team awareness.
Package from $3,400 + GST for up to 8 participants

Lead from the Ground - Equine Communication & Leadership Workshop
Horse-assisted professional development for people-focused organisations, support workers, care teams.
A practical half-day or full-day professional development experience designed for people-focused workplaces, NDIS support workers, care teams, allied health teams, educators, community organisations and frontline staff.
This workshop uses natural horsemanship, equine behaviour, and hands-on groundwork activities to explore communication, boundaries, trust, pressure, emotional regulation, and calm leadership. Rather than approaching leadership as a corporate theory, this experience brings it into the arena. Horses respond to body language, timing, clarity, pressure, release, breath, and emotional consistency. They notice mixed signals. They respond to calm confidence. They rely on trust, boundaries, and clear communication.
For people working in support, care, education, disability services, or community settings, these lessons are directly relevant. The way we communicate, regulate, set boundaries, respond to pressure, and build trust matters every day. This workshop gives teams a practical, memorable way to reflect on those skills in a safe, supported, horse-assisted environment.

The Herd & Habitat Experience
Nature, horses, quiet connection, and nervous-system reset
A gentle half-day experience designed for teams and community groups who need space to slow down, step outside the workplace, and reconnect in a calm, natural setting.
The Herd & Habitat Experience brings together fresh air, quiet time with horses, guided nature connection, breath, body awareness, and simple tools to regulate and reset the nervous system. This is a lighter, softer program than a leadership workshop. It is not about performance, pressure, or professional development. It is about giving people space to pause, breathe, connect, and experience the calming rhythm of horses and nature.
Set on the Racing Hearts property, this experience is ideal for educators, nonprofit teams, community organisations, and workplaces looking for a meaningful reset day in a peaceful environment.
Package from $3,400 + GST for up to 8 participants

How to Book
To enquire about a corporate program or team experience at Racing Hearts, please email us with the package you have in mind, your preferred date or date range, approximate group size, and any goals or themes you would like the day to support. Every experience is customised to suit your group, including program structure, catering, add-ons, accessibility needs, meeting time, horse-based activities, and the level of facilitation required.
We recommend enquiring at least six weeks in advance where possible, particularly for larger groups, full-day experiences, riding add-ons, catering, accommodation, or customised program design. In your enquiry, it is helpful to include your organisation name, contact person, number of participants, preferred package, ideal timing, any dietary or accessibility requirements, whether participants have horse experience, and any key outcomes you would like to focus on, such as neuroregulation, communication, team grounding, decision quality, leadership, or cognitive recovery.
Once we receive your enquiry, we will work with you to shape the right experience for your team and provide a tailored quote.
