Equine-Assisted Breathwork | 90 Min

Service Description

For returning clients who have completed an initial consultation, these 90-minute sessions provide space to continue building your breathwork practice with the support and presence of our horses. Each session is individually tailored and may combine nervous-system regulation practices, guided breathwork, somatic awareness, horse connection and therapeutic activities depending on your goals and where you are on the day. The horses may participate through quiet presence, observation, grooming, leading or other intentional connection activities, while your breathwork may range from gentle restorative breathing to more activating breath flows where appropriate. Time is also allowed for grounding and integration so that insights and regulation skills developed during the session can be carried into everyday life.
