Equine-Assisted Breathwork | Initial

Service Description

Your first Equine-Assisted Breathwork session is an immersive, individually guided experience combining intentional breathwork with the grounding and reflective presence of our horses. This extended initial session allows time to understand what has brought you to breathwork, discuss your individual needs and intentions, complete an appropriate nervous-system and wellbeing assessment, and introduce the breathing practices that may be used during your session. Your experience may include gentle interaction with the horses through observation, connection, grooming or groundwork, alongside a guided breath flow tailored to you. Sessions conclude with grounding and supported integration, giving you time to process the experience and explore how what you have learned may carry into everyday life. No previous breathwork or horse experience is required. All new Equine-Assisted Breathwork clients begin with this 120-minute initial session.
