Service Description

Held by Horses is our Equine-Assisted Reiki experience, bringing together the gentle practice of Reiki with intentional connection and the grounding presence of horses. Your initial 120-minute consultation provides plenty of time to arrive, meet your practitioner, discuss what has brought you to the session and become comfortable within the environment before beginning. Your experience may include quiet observation, connection or gentle interaction with the horses alongside your individual Reiki session. There is no riding involved and no previous horse experience is required. During Reiki, you remain comfortably clothed while your practitioner works using gentle hands-on or hands-off techniques according to your preferences. The horses are free to choose how they engage with the experience—whether standing quietly nearby, approaching to investigate or simply sharing the space. Held by Horses offers an opportunity to slow down, step away from everyday demands and experience stillness, connection and restorative time within the peaceful natural environment of Racing Hearts. All new Held by Horses clients begin with this 120-minute initial consultation.
