Service Description
Reiki Restore is a gentle 60-minute session offering dedicated space to slow down, rest and reconnect. You remain comfortably clothed throughout the session while your practitioner works using gentle hands-on or hands-off Reiki techniques according to your preferences. There is nothing you need to do or achieve. Your session is simply an opportunity to step away from everyday demands and experience an extended period of quiet and restorative rest. Everyone experiences Reiki differently. You may notice sensations such as warmth, tingling or deep relaxation, or you may simply enjoy the stillness of the experience. Reiki Restore is available to returning clients who have completed their initial Reiki consultation.
