Find Your Herd - half day equine-assisted therapy clinic

Find your herd is a half-day equine-assisted therapy clinic supporting children and teens to build connection, confidence and a sense of belonging. Through supported interactions with horses, collaborative activities, creative expression and therapeutic reflection, children are encouraged to explore what it means to feel safe, understood and connected to others. The clinic provides opportunities to develop social-emotional skills, recognise healthy relationships, practise boundaries and communication, and identify the people and supports that make up their own “herd.”
